By commissioning artwork from me, you agree to the following:1. Ownership & RightsI keep the copyright to all artwork I create.You get a personal use license unless commercial rights are purchased.You cannot claim the artwork as your own or resell it without permission.2. Commercial UseUsing the artwork for commercial purposes (prints, merchandise, digital assets) requires a separate agreement and fee.3. Revisions & PreviewsRevisions are available during the sketch/WIP stage.Additional revisions after the final artwork may cost extra.I may share work-in-progress images online unless you request otherwise.4. Payment & DeliveryCommissions are paid in full or as agreed in advance.Work begins once payment is confirmed.Artwork is delivered digitally in high-quality format.5. Cancellation & RefundsCancellations before work starts are fully refundable.Once work has started, refunds are partial or at my discretion.6.
